George Fox University Marketing Communications

As a lead Graphic Designer for George Fox University’s Marketing Communications team, I focus on creating print and digital designs to attract students and enhance their experience from application through alumni status.

Along with handling the internal work of the Marketing Communications team, I also fulfill design requests from external clients across the university.

Social media

One of my responsibilities includes creating paid and organic social media posts to promote important deadlines and upcoming events. These posts are created to be welcoming, high-energy, and easy to understand at a glance.

Display Ads

Digital ads are a deliverable that I have become very comfortable designing. I was in charge of redesigning all of the digital ad campaigns. I created twelve new sets of ads to promote undergrad and graduate programs. These updated ads played a big part in our record-setting enrollment for the 2025 academic year.

Email Headers

Another important aspect of my responsibilities involves creating email headers for admission counselors to use in their messaging for potential students.

Another part of my responsibilities is creating print designs for departments and events within the university. I design various assets, such as postcards, signage, flyers, posters, stickers, apparel, and packaging.

Once a design is finalized and approved by the client I work with our local printing partners to ensure each printed piece meets our high standards.

Mascot Design

I felt the George Fox Brand needed a vector illustration of our university mascot. I created this brand element as a passion project. Students and staff received the design very well and it is now an essential asset in the George Fox Brand.
